They got the vehicle, Told me they caught multiples, but not all, and I spotted a chopper. I live in the middle of nowhere, that's a big thing.

I love when the dogs get involved. Getting tackled by a LEO is one thing, getting chewed on while the LEO casually wanders up to get the dog off you is another.

I would have preferred if they got rehabilitated with lead, but w/e works.

Woah that's pretty impressive. I'm assuming you're in Texas Illinois based on your post about the pulleys?

*edit: Illinois. For some reason I got the plate mixed up with a black Texas plate

Central il. Just heard 3 gunshots, saw our local sheriffs humvee go past as loud as it could.

Edit: I'm pretty sure there was 5 robbers in total. New info as it comes with me.

Those dicks. Glad they caught some.

Take solace, about 86% of criminals confess, so once these idiots get in the interview room they'll give up their homies.

They got 2 out of possibly 3. None of my employees or customers got hurt and that's all that really matters as luckily I was closed.

What did they make off with?

Money and liquor, it's a restaurant. They didn't make out with more then 5k in total. 2/3 caught, they ratted out the 3rd, still searching for him.

Could have gone much worse. Still sucks to feel violated like that.

Hope nothing irreplaceable was lost.

Ha. I love being right. I like even more that now you have all the suspects.

Things are looking up. Given they were able to catch them so quickly did you get most of your stuff back?

They will most likely be used as evidence, then eventually returned to me. Can't say I'm anything but pleased with the way my local police and sheriffs department is handling this.

Sounds like they've done well. Here I've never ever seen any robbers be caught. Plus we have no castle laws so you're on your own.

Kinja'd!!! Arben72 > thebigbossyboss

Kinja'd!!!1

No castle doctrine here either, you have to prove you retreated as far back as possible. It's ridiculous. I live in my other business, if someone robs me there, there are too many lives at risk for me to "retreat". I hope it never happens. Luckily my state recently is moving towards a bit more friendlier terms with firearms as we recently got concealed carry available, hopefully a castle doctrine is in order too.

I know of a guy who owned owned a bar, he refused to serve anymore, because of the time, late at night, patron cussing, threatened too kill him, left, went to vehicle, got a shotgun, came back & was aiming it it the guy at bar, & the bartender had a gun, shot him dead.

the flip side, the bartender got 10 years in prison, as he was legally drunk at the time the incident happened & they determined he couldnt make a rational decision, because he was drunk, & there were plenty of witnesses, & the shotgun was loaded. so self defense & he got the time because he was drunk, & lost everything.

the family of the "victim" sued, & won. his "wife" had been living with him for 25 years was kicked out of place she called home, & she had helped pay for, but everything was in his name, cars, home everything, I know this well as I helped her move, & helped destroy the home, & I dated both of the ladys daughters. she is now deceased, & the guy is out of prison, & I ended up marrying someone else, but I do keep up lightly with 1 of the daughters on facebook
